Subscription plans
HAQQ has two product lines, each with its own plans. HAQQ Legal AI offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Business tiers based on how often you use AI. HAQQ eFirm, the practice management system, offers Boutique for small firms and Purple for mid-size firms. Enterprise covers both lines with custom deployment.
How plans work
Your plan determines which features are available inside your workspace. Some features are available to all users; others are gated to specific tiers. You can upgrade at any time from your account settings — and downgrade at the end of your billing cycle.
- Plans live in the Account Hub, a separate surface from the chat and eFirm apps themselves.
- One workspace, two subscriptions. eFirm and the AI Engine are tiered, billed and upgraded independently of each other.
- Each product line shows its own tier, its renewal date, and how many of your seats are in use.
- Everyone in the workspace draws on those seats, whichever product they use.

Prices, credit allowances and per-seat rates are not repeated here. They change, and a second copy on a second host goes stale without anyone noticing. This page describes what each plan is for and what it unlocks; the pricing page carries the numbers.

Which plan is right for you?
If you are exploring HAQQ, start with the free Legal AI plan — no credit card required — and upgrade to Starter, Pro, or Business as your AI usage grows. For practice management, Boutique fits firms of up to about 10 users and Purple fits firms of 11-50. Above 50 seats or with compliance requirements, speak to our team about Enterprise.
How to upgrade
- Log in to your HAQQ account
- Go to Settings → Billing & Plan
- Select your desired plan
- Choose monthly or annual billing
- Confirm — your plan upgrades instantly

Annual vs. monthly billing
All paid plans are available on annual or monthly billing. Annual billing saves around 17% compared to month-to-month. Your team members are billed per seat — you can add or remove seats at any time.
