Getting Started

HAQQ is an AI-powered legal operating system that unifies jurisdiction-aware legal AI with end-to-end practice management, so legal teams can deliver faster, with fewer disputes, and without the operational drag of disconnected tools.

The first screen most people meet: a prompt box, the actions beside it, and the firm data behind it.

Two products, one account

HAQQ ships as two products that share a single sign-in and a single set of firm data.

  • HAQQ Legal AI — the Legal AI Twin at chat.haqq.ai. Research a question, review a document, draft from a precedent, and reuse the prompts your firm has already tuned.
  • HAQQ eFirm — the practice management platform at efirm.haqq.ai. Contacts, matters, hearings, tasks, documents, timesheets and billing.

Your work email is the account, and one sign-in reaches both products. Account settings — sign-in, workspaces, password, active sessions — live inside the app itself; the separate sign-in website was retired in July 2026. Everything the firm owns sits inside a workspace, and the plan belongs to the workspace rather than to you personally.

From a work email to a first answer

  1. Create an account at chat.haqq.ai with your work email. The free plan needs no credit card and does not expire.
  2. A workspace is created for you on first use. Firm details — legal name, currency, tax rate, timezone — are set afterwards in eFirm settings.
  3. Ask the Legal AI Twin a real question. The overview explains how an answer is grounded and where its sources come from.
  4. Invite the rest of the firm and give each role only what it needs.
  5. Open eFirm when you are ready to run the practice, not just ask it questions — matters, hearings, time and invoices.

How this documentation is organised

Documentation is the manual: Foundation for setup, then one group per product, then Workspace & account and Plans & Billing for everything that is neither. Three more tabs sit alongside it. Changelog carries what shipped and when, plus the service status page. Community covers the students, startup and partner programmes. Press holds the company materials and the design system.

Every page carries its own table of contents on the right and links to the three pages most likely to be the next thing you need. Search is on every page, and it searches the full text of every article rather than the titles.
