HAQQ Mobile

The HAQQ app for iOS and Android is the Legal AI Twin on a phone. It is the same account and the same workspace as the web app — not a separate product with its own login.

The case for the phone: the answer you want between hearings is a question, not a screen.

One account, every device

HAQQ runs across interfaces that share one account. Your work email is the account, one sign-in opens the AI chat and eFirm, and a change made on one surface shows up immediately on the others. One plan covers web, iOS and Android; there is no separate mobile subscription.

Credits work the same way. They sit in one workspace pool that everybody on the firm draws from, so a top-up bought on a phone is spent by a colleague on the web, and a balance is a firm number rather than a device number. Chat history syncs with the web app, and the workspace switcher on mobile carries the same personal and team workspaces as everywhere else — switching back to your personal workspace shows a confirmation toast.

If you have not signed up yet, start on Create an account — the account you make there is the one you sign into on the phone.

Getting the app

Sign in with your existing HAQQ account, or create one in the app. Sign-in is by emailed one-time code, with Google and Microsoft on both platforms and Sign in with Apple on iOS. Magic links were removed on web and mobile alike.

What the app does

Mobile is the Legal AI Chat product. It does not carry eFirm practice management — see the next section for exactly where the line falls.

Shipped mobile capabilities
AreaWhat you can do
ChatAsk the Legal AI Twin anything, archive and restore chats, use the priority-mode toggle in the composer, and follow collapsible suggested follow-ups inline. Streams reconnect after the app is backgrounded.
DocumentsAnalyse documents and draft. Attach a file with the first message, create several documents in a thread, export through the AI service, and share out through the native iOS or Android share sheet.
Credits and billingTop up credits with an in-app purchase, watch the balance live, and see a message estimate so you know roughly how many messages the balance covers. You are warned before running out and blocked from sending once it is gone; a negative balance is shown honestly rather than hidden.
Workspaces and accountSwitch between personal and team workspaces, see the account email on the profile screen, set a password from inside the app (which is what makes account deletion possible for code-only users), delete the account, and sign out — account data is cleared on sign-out and on switching accounts.
OnboardingA start-choice screen and a versioned guided tour, confirmed server-side so it cannot be skipped or repeated.
NotificationsPush notifications, with taps deep-linking to the right screen.
Language and appearanceThe full HAQQ palette in Poppins and Cairo, RTL support throughout, dark mode, and a settings screen with the credits balance, language, theme and tracking control.
Device securityJailbreak and rooted-device protection, plus endpoint security checks.

Mobile against the web app

The two are the same product on the chat side and diverge everywhere else. This table is the line, drawn from what has shipped rather than from what is advertised.

Which docs pages apply on a phone

Everything under HAQQ Legal AI describes the product mobile carries, with the web-only exceptions in the table above. Everything under HAQQ eFirm is web only. Credits and usage applies unchanged, because the pool is shared.
