How current is the law in HAQQ?
HAQQ keeps a legal library that is updated as official sources publish changes, and the Legal AI can fetch a newer instrument when you ask for it. Timing depends on the jurisdiction and on how quickly its official source publishes. The coverage page shows the status of each country.
Does HAQQ cover court decisions?
Where a jurisdiction publishes its decisions through an official or trusted source, HAQQ draws on them. Coverage varies by country and is not complete everywhere. Check the coverage page for what each jurisdiction includes before you rely on it.
Can HAQQ draft in Arabic or French using local legal terms?
Yes. Work in Arabic, French or English, or start in one language and ask HAQQ to translate. It aims to use the legal terminology of the jurisdiction rather than a literal translation. As with any draft, a lawyer should review translated text before it is used.
Can the AI follow our firm's templates and standards?
Yes. Upload your templates and describe how your firm works, and an administrator can apply the same standards across the firm's workspaces. HAQQ follows them as it drafts. It does not currently alert a lawyer when a draft departs from them.

The Legal AI can reason and draft in multiple languages with proper legal contextual understanding.

The eBar is HAQQ's legal professional directory. It connects lawyers, firms, and legal professionals for collaboration and referrals across jurisdictions.
What is the eWallet?
The eWallet is HAQQ's integrated payment system for law firms. It handles secure client billing, payment collection, and financial management directly within the platform.

How many documents can I analyze at once?
Each chat or project has its own data room. File counts, size limits and retention depend on your plan. For large sets, process documents in batches and ask for a consolidated report at the end. Review at terabyte scale is a custom project, so contact us to scope it.

Is HAQQ compliant with data protection laws?
Yes. HAQQ's controls are designed and operated to align with ISO 27001, ISO 42001 and the SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria, and HAQQ meets GDPR and local Private Data Protection Law (PDPL) obligations as a processor. Is my data used to train AI models?
No. HAQQ does not use customer data to train its AI models. Your information remains exclusively yours.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored in SOC 2 compliant data centers. You can choose your preferred region (EU, US, or Middle East) to meet data residency requirements.
Where can I see which region my data is stored in?
On the workspace settings page. It shows the data region your workspace is hosted in.
How does HAQQ handle attorney-client privilege?
The technology is designed to keep privileged material under your control through organizational isolation, encryption and access controls. Whether a communication remains privileged depends on your jurisdiction and your legal arrangements.

Can another firm's data ever appear in my answers?
No. Each workspace is isolated. Your documents, knowledge and settings stay inside your workspace, and are not shared with other workspaces, so one customer's content does not surface for another.
Can I keep workspaces in different regions?
Yes. You choose a region when you create a workspace, and that workspace's data is stored on infrastructure in that region. A firm working across several territories can run one workspace per region. Available regions depend on your plan and deployment, so contact us if you need one that is not listed.
