What each status means
Four levels exist. Only Operational is in use today, but the other three are what you would see if something were wrong, so they are worth recognising.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Operational | The service is working normally. |
| Degraded Performance | The service is up but slower or less reliable than usual — requests succeed, some take longer than they should. |
| Partial system outage | Part of the service is unavailable. Some things work and some do not. |
| Major system outage | The service is down. |
The summary line at the top of this page is derived, not set by hand: it reports the most severe status among the four services, so one degraded service is enough to change it.

This page records platform-wide availability. A problem affecting only your firm — a failed import, a document that will not open, a permission that behaves unexpectedly — is a support request rather than an incident.
